Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing high-quality patient care and be knowledgeable in a variety of medical specialties.

Duties:

- Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical information
- Assist with medical procedures such as catheterization, tube feeding, and wound care
- Educate patients and their families on health management and disease prevention
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Provide compassionate end-of-life care in hospice or palliative settings

Qualifications:

- Valid RN license in the state of PA
- Minimum of [1] years of nursing experience, preferably in areas such as home care, assisted living, or emergency room settings
- Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) systems and medical coding (ICD-10)
- Experience with specialized medical equipment and procedures, including CT scans, ophthalmology equipment, and cardiac monitoring devices
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
